He was a full member of the Board of Directors of the National Development Bank (2017-2021) and held key positions at the Central Bank of Paraguay. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking Law and Financial Regulation from the London School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.
In addition, he is a professor at local and international universities and co-authored the book La nueva regulación financiera del Paraguay (2018), with more than 10 publications on banking and regulation.

Additionally, he completed the Senior Management Program at IAE, an Executive Program in Marketing at the University of Miami, and courses at Harvard and Singularity University.

She has distinguished herself in multinational and national companies as a key figure in the implementation of innovative strategies. She holds a law degree from the National University of Asunción, specializing in Human Resources, and has extensive experience leading cultural and organizational transformation projects. She completed the Singularity University’s Strategy 10X program and is a professional ontological coach.

A graduate of Oxford University with an MBA specializing in strategy and finance. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from CEMA University. Over 16 years of experience in capital markets across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, metals and mining, pulp and paper, energy, and project finance in Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Served as CEO, President, and Director of major international and national financial institutions in Paraguay, and led risk management teams at Morgan Stanley (London), HSBC (São Paulo), and Standard & Poor’s (Buenos Aires).

Waldo Emilio Roberto
Managing Director
He was an Audit Partner at Deloitte, with 18 years of experience in the Buenos Aires, Lima, and Asunción offices, serving leading international firms. He also served as Lead Assurance Partner and Director of Independence at Deloitte Paraguay. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Columbia University of Paraguay and is a Certified Public Accountant from the National University of La Matanza (Argentina). He earned an MBA (2012) from the Argentine University of Business School and is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics (thesis pending). He specializes in higher education didactics and is a member of the postgraduate faculty at the Catholic University of Asunción.
Carlos Impagliatelli Bareiro
Managing Director
Executive with over 27 years of multi-sector experience. His expertise encompasses senior management and general management positions in the financial, stock market, technology, and services sectors. Throughout his career, he has specialized in risk management, asset recovery, and business development, successfully leading operational efficiency and institutional consolidation strategies in large organizations in the national market. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Asunción.
Diego Fernando Duarte Schussmuller

He has held senior executive management positions in various financial institutions in Paraguay and Brazil, in both the private and public sectors. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP), president and general manager of the Development Finance Agency (AFD), and president, general manager, and member of the board of the risk rating agency Solventa SA. He holds a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Asunción (UCA), is a doctoral candidate in Economics at the University of Barcelona, and has a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Valencia and the University-Business Foundation (ADEIT). He has completed specialized courses and internships in Israel, England, Spain, Canada, Colombia, El Salvador, Argentina, and Brazil. He has taught postgraduate courses and contributed articles to specialized economics and business journals.
Guillermo Vazquez Muniagurria

Ten years of experience in business strategies, data analysis, and digital product development. He began his career at Credicentro in the sales department, where he gained in-depth knowledge of the financial and consumer markets. He later specialized in data science, focusing on the application of data-driven financial and commercial strategies. His approach is geared towards optimizing digital products and improving the customer experience, contributing to innovation and growth in the financial sector. He is a director of ITTI S.A.E.C.A. and vice president of Grupo Vázquez S.A.E.
