He was a full member of the Board of Directors of the National Development Bank (2017-2021) and held key positions at the Central Bank of Paraguay. He holds a Master’s degree in Banking Law and Financial Regulation from the London School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University.
In addition, he is a professor at local and international universities and co-authored the book La nueva regulación financiera del Paraguay (2018), with more than 10 publications on banking and regulation.

Additionally, he completed the Senior Management Program at IAE, an Executive Program in Marketing at the University of Miami, and courses at Harvard and Singularity University.

He has built a strong career in financial strategies and risk management. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from INCAE Business School and a specialization in Business Management from the Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, where he also earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he has combined his academic background with corporate management experience, contributing to the growth and strengthening of the financial sector.
Alejandro Gómez Abente
Managing Director
With extensive capital markets experience, he has worked across multiple sectors including oil and gas, metals and mining, pulp and paper, energy, and project finance in Latin America, Europe, and Africa.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del CEMA in Argentina and an MBA from the University of Oxford, specializing in strategy and finance. Additionally, he has completed the Singularity Executive Program in Silicon Valley.
He has held key leadership roles as CEO, President, and Director at prominent national and international financial institutions. His career includes leading risk management teams at Morgan Stanley in London, HSBC in São Paulo, and Standard & Poor’s in Buenos Aires.
Mariana Torres Rubiani

Experienced in financial management, risk, auditing, and administration across the banking, industrial, and corporate sectors. She has held leadership positions at a major bank and at PwC, with a focus on auditing, risk control, and financial analysis. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Universidad Nacional de Asunción and a Master’s in Corporate Finance from EAE Business School, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Spain). She also completed diplomas in Managerial Skills and Investments and Financial Markets at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile).
Diana Leticia Mongelós González
Managing Director
She has been a key figure in implementing innovative strategies at both multinational and national companies. A lawyer from the Universidad Nacional de Asunción, she specializes in Human Resources and has extensive experience leading cultural and organizational transformation projects. She is also a professional ontological coach who has completed the Strategy 10X program at Singularity University.
Diego Fernando Duarte Schussmuller

He has held high-level executive positions in various financial institutions in Paraguay and Brazil, in both the private and public sectors. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP), president and general manager of the Financial Development Agency (AFD), and president, general manager, and board member of the credit rating agency Solventa SA. He holds a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Asunción (UCA), is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of Barcelona, and has a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Valencia and the University-Business Foundation (ADEIT). He has completed specialized courses and internships in Israel, England, Spain, Canada, Colombia, El Salvador, Argentina, and Brazil. He has also been a professor in postgraduate courses and has contributed as an author to specialized economics and business magazines.
Carolina Maria Galeano de Bestard

Psychologist, professional ontological coach, and PSYCH-K® facilitator for changing limiting beliefs. She is also the executive director of YOICA S.A., a company that has been dedicated to people management, leadership, team building, and cultural transformation for two decades. She has also served as the executive director and representative of GREAT PLACE TO WORK® Paraguay for 15 years, an international organization that certifies the Best Workplaces in over 90 countries. She founded and was the first president of APCO (Paraguayan Association of Ontological Coaches) and has been a board member of various professional associations, including APARH, Club de Ejecutivos, ADEC, and Club Cerro Porteño.
Silvia Rosa Susana Murto de Méndez

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a master’s degree in Business Administration, both from the Catholic University of Asunción. She studied Negotiation at Harvard University and has several certifications in Risk Assessment and Regulations. Furthermore, she was part of the Leadership Program for Development in Democracy (DENDE) as well as the United Nations Global Compact Chair.

Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in banking operations, commercial contracting, and financial institutions. He has developed a strong track record in the legal field, advising national and international entities on regulatory and strategic matters.
Throughout his career, he has held key roles such as legal counsel, liquidator, and board member in prominent institutions within the banking and financial sector. His experience also extends to the telecommunications field, providing legal support in contracting processes and corporate management.

Guillermo Vázquez Muniagurria – Alternate Director He has 10 years of experience in commercial strategies, data analysis, and digital product development. He began his career at Credicentro in the commercial area, where he gained an in-depth understanding of the financial and consumer markets. Subsequently, he specialized in data science, focusing on applying data-driven financial and commercial strategies. His approach is centered on the optimization of digital products and the improvement of the customer experience, contributing to innovation and growth within the financial sector. He serves as President of ITTI S.A.E.C.A and Full Director of Grupo Vázquez S.A.E.
