Biography
Hello, I’m Miguel.
I’m passionate about speed and competition. Racing in rally cars, running triathlons, chasing after my children Facu, Lu, and Fede, running after the ideas of my best friend and wife, Lala; but above all, running at the speed of innovation in each of my ventures.
Come with me to discover ueno, a friendly and approachable bank, just like you and me.
I come from a proudly Paraguayan family where we believe the best way to complain is to do something about it.
In 1984, my father, like many others, had to deal with bureaucracy whenever he needed a loan or financial instrument.
Instead of complaining, he founded Credicentro, and in its 35+ year history, it has granted more than 900,000 loans to thousands of Paraguayans.
Today we are going through a paradigm shift as a society.
The time between waking up and seeing our first screen is under a minute, and that first screen is no longer a TV.
People gather to be alone, together.
Our time blocks are now liquid, forcing us to be ever more efficient and even multitasking.
Going to the mall now also means going to the gym and stopping by the supermarket.
This new world also demands a mindset change from us as a bank, to stop selling only trust as at the industry’s beginning, and start offering prosperity and convenience for everyone.
With the help of a brilliant group of people who share my vision and invest their future in making it a reality, we created ueno, the new bank for all life’s entrepreneurs!
And that is truly ueno!
