In response to the request for information submitted by members of the Paraguayan Senate to the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP), ueno bank reiterates its respect for the country’s institutional processes and for the responsibilities of the authorities in charge of regulating and supervising the financial system.
ueno bank reaffirms that it is in full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory limits and requirements. The request submitted to the BCP consists of inquiries made within the institutional mechanisms established in Paraguay, as part of the regular processes for oversight and information requests within the country’s institutional framework.
As a systemic bank, ueno bank conducts its activities under the strict supervision of the Central Bank of Paraguay and maintains an ongoing relationship with the authority as part of the ordinary supervisory framework. In this context, the Bank remains fully available to provide the competent authorities, through the appropriate institutional channels, with any information that may be required in accordance with applicable regulations.
